Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, increasing company revenue, and supporting strategic growth. The role focuses on market expansion, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Strategy
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Develop strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Explore new markets (e.g., telecom, power, civil works, fiber, DG maintenance, etc.).
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Meet potential clients and present company services.
Maintain long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare Expressions of Interest (EOI), technical proposals, and financial proposals.
Review tender documents and coordinate bid submissions.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.
4. Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
5. Coordination & Internal Support
Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams.
Support project handover from sales to execution team.
Monitor contract performance and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
MBA is an advantage.
5+ years’ experience in business development, preferably in telecom, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong understanding of tendering and contract management.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing and organizing project documentation.
- Support preparation of BOQs, method statements, and reports.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control logs.
Project Coordination
- Support coordination between engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Track project progress and update status reports.
- Assist in scheduling and follow-up activities.
Pre-Sales Department
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and cost estimations.

Project Delivery Team

Required Qualifications
